12 scallops
6 slices bacon, sliced in half
1/4 cup sherry
6 water chestnuts
Marinade scallops in sherry for 30 minutes. Wrap scallop and chestnut with bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Broil on a broiling pan for 10 minutes or until cooked, turning once. Serve.
