32 large mushrooms, stems removed and scoop out the stem base, chop the stem and stem base.
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz pkg frozen spinach souffle, thawed
1/2 sweet onion, minced fine
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

Add minced mushroom pieces and remaining ingredients together and fill each mushroom cap with mixture. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
