Mix of Red and Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into chunks with peeling left on
Cook potatoes and drain.

Roughly smash to potatoes so they are still chunky. Mix is milk, (do not add salt), pepper and butter like you are making mashed potatoes. Let cool completely.


To taste and the consistency you like, add:
Chopped onion
Pickle Relish
Chopped green olives stuffed with pimento
Chopped celery
Chopped hard boiled eggs
Cubed Montery Jack cheese
Equal parts Miracle Whip and sour cream

Stir until combined. Best if refrigerated overnight.
