TAFFY APPLE PIZZA

1 pkg sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 medium granny smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced, dipped in 1 cup lemon lime soda
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350. Remove 1/2 cup of cookie dough for another use. Roll dough into 1 14 inch circle on a 15 inch pizza dish. Bake 11-14 minutes or until lightly brown, remove and let cool completely. Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread over cookie. Then layer the apples over cream cheese mixture and with cinnamon. Heat caramel topping and drizzle over tops of apples. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
