SWIRLED SHERBET WEDGES

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 cup flaked coconut and chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 pint EACH lemon, lime and orange sherbet, slightly softened
Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Confectioners sugar
Preheat oven to 350. IN a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and press on the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
Place scoops of sherbet alternately over crust. Carefully spread sherbet until bottom is covered. With a knife, swirl the sherbets together to form a marbled pattern. Cover securely with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, 4-6 hours. Cut into wedges to serve. Garnish with strawberries and a dusting of confectioners sugar.
