Shelly's Recipe

GLAZED HOLIDAY HAM

1 (5-6 pounds ham butt)
1 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp lime juice

Sauce
1 cup currant jelly
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup tequila

Preheat oven to 325. Rinse ham under cold running water and place in a baking pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the ham. Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting occasionally. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving. Great served with sauce Serves 8-10

Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. A spoonful of this is great with ham, cold roast beef or cold sliced chicken.
