HONEY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts (Could use thighs or legs, too)
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup honey
Salt and Pepper

Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush as fine as you can get them. Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour into a bowl. Put honey in a second bowl. Dip chicken in honey making sure it is fully coated, then in cornflake crumbs.

Spray baking dish and bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
