NEOPOLITAN SHEET CAKE

1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (4 serving size)
1 pkg. fudge marble cake mix, along with ingredients to make cake

Topping
1 (4 serving size) pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 envelope Dream Whip (2 to 2 1/2 cup servings)
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla

Fresh sliced strawberries, garnish

Dissolve Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water and then add 1/2 cup cold water-set aside. Bake cake in 13x9 inch pan. Cool cake 20 minutes. Poke holes through cake. Slowly pour Jell-O into holes. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

TOPPING: Blend and whip topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff. Frost cake. Refrigerate. Serve with sliced strawberries. NOTE: Can be prepared and frozen.
