Special K bars

1 cup white Karo
1 cup sugar
6 cups special k cereal
12 oz chunky peanut butter
1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips

Bring to boiling point Karo and sugar (do not boil) add peanut butter stir well poor over cereal in a 9x13 greased pan smooth. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave, stir and pour over top a large box of Special K. Makes 2 batches.
