Shelly's Recipe

* Marinated Pork Tenderloin *

Category: Roasts/Tenderloins - Pork

1 large pork tenderloin
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine and marinate for a min. of two hours.

Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1T dry mustard
1T chopped scallions
1 1/2 teasp vinegar

Serve with sliced pork and noodles.
