SESAME CHICKEN APPETIZER

1 1/2 cups cornstarch and flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce and sesame oil
2 tsp. ground ginger and garlic
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2-3 cups vegetable oil for frying chicken
Sesame seeds

Combine cornstarch and flour. Slowly add water, stirring until mixture is well blended. Add vinegar and next 4 ingredients. Dip chicken in batter until thoroughly coated. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Watch closely because chicken cook quickly. Serve with sesame seed and favorite dip such as hot mustard, sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki sauce. Serves 4-6 appetizers
