BANANA WALNUT CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin pans. Sift dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs; beating thoroughly. Mix in banana and milk. Add wet mixture to dry one, stirring just until blended. During the last few strokes, mix in nuts and chips. Fill muffin cups 2/3rds full. Bake for 20 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
