HEAVENLY HAM HASH

2 cups ground cooked ham
2 cups hash brown potatoes
1 green pepper and onion, chopped
3-4 tbsp. butter
4 eggs

Heat skillet over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, stir first 4 ingredients together. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in skillet and then spread in ham mixture. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until brown, turn occasionally. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in large skillet and eggs, cook over easy. Spoon 1/4 of has on plate and top with egg. Serves 4
