HUNGARIAN GOULASH - Crock Pot

2 lbs. round steak cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 12 oz can tomatoes
1 cup sour cream

Put round steak, onion, salt and pepper in crock pot. Add flour and stir until well coated. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours or high heat 4 to 6 hours. Add sour cream before serving and allow to heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
