SPICY SAUSAGE CRANBERRY CHEESE BALLS

1 (16 oz) pkg hot sausage
2 cups baking mix
1 tsp ground allspice
1 cup chopped, sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, mix first 2 ingredients together thoroughly. Add chopped cranberries and nuts. Stir to coat. Add cheese and sausage, mix well. (May have to use hands to incorporate all the ingredients.)

Form into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment pepper. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Can be frozen uncooked or cooked.
