ASIAN BARBECUE CHICKEN

1/4 cup packed brown sugar and soy sauce
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp curry powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 chicken thighs, skinned

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag. Add chicken, seal and marinade in the refrigerator 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare grill. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Place marinade in small saucepan and bring to a boil, cook 1 minute. Place chicken on grate coated with cooking spray, grill 20 minutes or until don, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Serves 4
