CHOCOLATE PLUNGE

2/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (8 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
3 tbsp. Kahlua

In a medium saucepan, stir corn syrup and cream, bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, add chocolate, stirring until completely melted. Stir in Kahlua and serve warm.
