TERIYAKI CHICKEN KABOBS

Category: Kabobs/Kebobs/Skewers

1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup dry red wine
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
12 mushrooms
1 onion, cut into wedges
12 pineapple wedges

In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Marinate chicken 30-60 minutes in a resealable bag. Soak wooden skewers in water several hours to prevent burning. Drain chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Arrange chicken, vegetables and pineapples on skewers. Place kabobs on grill over medium coals. Grill 10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once.
