Goulash and Noodles - Crock Pot

2 lb. round steaks, cut in 1/2-in. cubes

1 cup onion; chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. thyme, dried and crushed

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

Noodles, cooked

Put steak cubes, onion and garlic in crock-pot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Add sour cream 2 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
