Serves 4-6 People

1 3-4 pound tri-tip roast
1 package dry onion soup Mix
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled


Place cleaned roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cook 4 hours on low.

Place 6 slits in roast and stuff each with a garlic clove. Distribute the blue cheese in each slit also.

Cook 4 more hours on low in the crock pot.

Serve with potatoes, salad or vegees.
