Chili's Skillet Queso

One 16 oz. block of Velveeta cheese
1.0-1.5 lbs. ground beef
Two cans Rotel diced tomatoes

Brown the ground beef in large skillet.
Add cheese and Rotel.
Let simmer on slight boil until it thickens.

Serve with Tostitos.
