Beef Stew with Delicious Gravy

- 3 pounds lean chuck meat, cut into 1/2\" cubes
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large carrots, coin slices
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 medium potatoes, 1/2\" cubed
Dredge meat in flour. Brown in olive oil in Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees F oven for 3 hours.
