  • 3 pounds lean chuck meat, cut into 1/2\" cubes
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large carrots, coin slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 medium potatoes, 1/2\" cubed

Dredge meat in flour. Brown in olive oil in Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients.

Cover. Bake at 325 degrees F oven for 3 hours.
