  • 2 packages (3 ounce size) Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots, or sliced carrots
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 8 ounces fresh sugar snap pea pods

Combine the flavor packet from the noodles, chicken, carrots, bell pepper, ginger, water, and teriyaki glaze in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.

Break up the ramen noodles and add to the crock pot along with the snap peas. Stir well. Turn the crock pot to high heat and cook for 15-20 more minutes or until the noodles are tender.

Serve the crock pot Asian chicken and noodles immediately.
