Stroganoff Sauce (Lidl Kania)

Wat do you need?

1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
100 grams crème fraîche (small container)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Half a red bell pepper, diced
Handful of mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Pepper
salt
Butter or oil

What do you need to do?

Heat some butter or oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.

Now add the diced bell peppers and sliced mushrooms and fry briefly.

Add pepper, salt, and paprika, as well as the tomato paste, and fry for a few minutes.

Finally, stir in the honey.

Now add the crème fraîche and stir until a smooth sauce forms. Do not let the sauce boil and serve.
