Italian Grandma Makes Fried Zucchini

Ingredients are listed in the above Photo.

Directions:

Wash the Zucchini and pat dry
Cut the Zucchini into 1/4 to 1/3 inch planks or circles.
Dredge them in seasoned flour, then an egg wash.
Fry them until golden brown.

Serve Hot.
