Italian Grandma Makes Pork Milanese

Directions: This is a double dredge operation with an egg wash in between, followed by a pan fry.

Prepare the egg wash, flour and bread crumbs on separate plates for the double dredge.

You dredge first in the flour, then in the egg wash, then in the breadcrumbs.

Then you fry to light brown on both sides. The boneless pork chops are pounded flat and are only 1/4 inch thick. There is nothing worse than a dry pork chop. DO NOT OVERCOOK THE MEAT.
