BOWTIE PASTA (FARFALLE) WITH SALMON

INGREDIENTS ARE SEEN IN PHOTO ABOVE
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add bowtie pasta to salted boiling water, stirring occasionally, until near al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
2. In a large saute pan, add the 3 cloves of crushed garlic and olive oil. Cook until garlic is lightly brown and sizzling. DO NOT OVERCOOK THE GARLIC.
3. Add the fresh or store bought tomato sauce and season it with salt & black pepper with the option to add a little crushed red pepper, if you like a spicy version of this dish. Stir.
4. When sauce begins to boil, add 1 cup heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce in the pan return to light boil or simmer.
5. Add Salmon and stir gently. Cover lightly, allowing steam to escape, while salmon cooks for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The salmon should easily break apart when the sauce is ready and the salmon is done.
6. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Stir and let marry.
Serve Hot in large bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
