Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken

1/4 Cup LOW Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
One Lemon, juiced
Black Pepper taste
Crushed Red Pepper to taste
4 Chicken Thighs and 4 Chicken Drumsticks

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with foil. Place the chicken in the pan. Poor the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours but it is better overnight, Remember to turn chicken occasionally in marinade. Bake in 450 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done.
