Eggie in a basket

3 teaspoons butter, soften
2 slices white or wheat bread
2 eggs
2 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese


Directions

On both slices of bread, spread the butter on front and back. Cut a hold in the center of each slice big enough for the egg.

Over medium-high heat begin to toast bread, until golden brown. Cracked the egg in the center of the bread and cook through. Egg can be cooked to your taste. Place the cheese on top of the the egg and let melt. Enjoy
