Bacon-Onion Green Beans

• 1-1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
• 6 bacon strips, diced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings. Sauté onion in the drippings until tender. stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.
Drain beans; place in a lg serving bowl. Stir in the onion mixture and bacon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
