Homestyle Macaroni Salad

This old fashioned, creamy macaroni salad has wonderful flavor and is a snap to prepare. It's a perfect make ahead side dish for summer picnics and BBQ's!

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; rinse under cool water.
To macaroni add bell pepper, celery, and onion.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
Chill before serving. Enjoy!
