Glaze - Soy Maple

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup


1. Reduce soy sauce in a 8 inch skillet over medium heat, until thickened, about 20 minutes. Stir frequently and be very careful not to burn soy sauce.
2. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
3. Return to a simmer and stir in maple syrup.
4. Return to simmer, then remove from heat.
