Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika (regular paprika is fine)
1 tsp allspice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp parsley


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Store in a spice jar.
