Glaze - Maple

12 oz pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground rosemary


1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. whisk together and cook over medium heat, bringing mixture to a boil.
3. Stir frequently and cook 3-5 minutes more.
4. Remove from heat and cool slightly before using.
