Grilled Potatoes And Onions

8 russet potatoes
2 cups mayonnaise
6 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 onion, sliced into thin rings
3 Tbsp butter, sliced into pats
1. Cut potatoes in two horizonal halves and then slice thin (1/4" half moons)
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Spray two disposable foil pans with cooking spray. Divide the potatoes and onions evenly between the two pans.
4. Divide the mayo mixture in two and put each portion into a pan of onions and potatoes. Mix well
5. Divide the butter evenly and place the pats all over on top of mixture.
6. Cover tightly with foil and cook over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, stirring well once, halfway through.
