Appetizers - BBQ Sausage Bites

2 packages (14 oz each) smoked sausage
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch coin shapes.
3. Add the sliced smoked sausage, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard into the baking dish. Stir together until combined.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly, darker in color, and thickened.
5. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer, as a side dish, or alongside Mac & cheese for a kid-friendly dinner idea.
