Alcoholic - Moonshine Pineapple Bootleg

1 ripe pineapple
1 750 ml moonshine (Everclear and vodka are good substitutions)
1 can quart pineapple juice
1 16oz can coconut water
6 Tbsp of brown sugar


1. Cut pineapple into chunks.
2. Add pineapple juice, coconut water, chunks into a pot and bring up to a boil.
3. Simmer about 15 minutes and remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
4. Add grain alcohol and stir well.
5. Straining through cheese cloth, Pour it into individual jars.
6. Store in refrigerator for one week. We found the the longer the jars sit in the fridge the better it tastes.
