Grilled Red Potatoes

12 red or gold potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil potatoes whole, in a large pot for 25 minutes.
2. Take potatoes out of pot and place on a kitchen towel for 15 minutes.
3. After the potatoes have cooled down some, take the towel and place over top of potatoes and lightly press down on each, cracking the skin but not so hard to make potato come out. Place in a Pyrex dish. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the pressed potatoes for 6 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with grilled steak, sausage, or chicken.
