Grilled - Pork Loin I

3-4 lbs pork loin
***The Rub
1 cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic salt (or garlic powder)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1. Combine the brown sugar and seasonings in a small bowl and mix.
2. Rub the seasonings on over the pork and refrigerate for two hours.
3. Preheat the propane grill to 350-degrees.
4. Cook the pork on one side for five minutes to sear the meat.
5. Gently flip over (careful, it is hot) and cook another 15 minutes.
6. Flip the meat over and wrap in aluminum foil to avoid burning the sugar on the outside and continue to cook for approximately 15 minutes.
7. Flip over and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the thermometer reads 143 to 145-degrees. Remove from heat.
8. Let the pork sit for at least three minutes before slicing.
9. Slice and serve.
