Pork - Barbecued Pulled

2 1/2 lbs pork loin, cut into quarters
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 large onion, sliced


1. Add pork to bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder over top of the pork.
2. Add barbecue sauce, chicken stock, and onion. Stir to combine
3. Cover slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours. (Low for 8 hrs)
4. Remove cover, using the tines of two forks, shred pork.
5. Stir to combine with sauce. Serve warm.
