Marinade - Chicken I

6 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 Tbsp prepared ground mustard
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
6 Tbsp olive oil


1. In a large bowl or baggie, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime & lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.
2. Place chicken in mixture. Cover and marinade 8 hours to overnight.
3. Preheat grill for high heat. Cook chicken till juices run clear. Discard marinade.
