Sauce - Big Boy Tarter

2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp minced fresh onion
1/3 cup dill pickle relish
1 clove garlic, minced
2 hard boiled eggs, finely minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 cup chili sauce


1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve with fish, French fries, on sandwiches, etc.
