White Frosting

2/3 cup crisco shortening
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups powdered sugar
5-6 Tbsp milk


1. Beat shortening, vanilla and salt in a large bowl with mixer on high speed until fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar. Beat on low speed, gradually adding milk, until evenly blended.
3. Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
