Cakes - Pineapple Sheet

CAKE
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp soda
2 cups flour
1 (2 lb) can crushed pineapple
1 cup nuts, chopped

TOPPING
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar


1. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
2. Boil topping ingredients on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 cup nuts and 1 cup coconut (Optional) and pour over cake. Delicious when served warm.
