White Chocolate Christmas Fudge

3 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 stick of butter
1 pint jar marshmallow cream
12 oz white chocolate, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (4oz) jar red candied cherries
1 (4oz) jar green candied cherries
1. Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil over low heat; Stirring constantly. Cook to 237 degrees on candy thermometer
2. Remove from heat, add marshmallow creme, white chocolate, nuts and cherries.
3. Stir until marshmallow creme and chocolate are melted.
4. Pour into a buttered 13" x 9" pan.
5. Cool completely before cutting.
