Marinade - Grilled Chicken Breast

4 chicken breast, Boneless, Skinless
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Cut chicken breast in half width wise.
2. Cover chicken and pound them to an even thickness with a rolling pin or flat tenderizer
3. In a large bowl or baggie, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken breast and marinade in the fridge for at least one hour, no more than two.
4. Oil grill grates and cook over med-high heat (400 degrees)
5. discard marinade and cook chicken till internal temp is 165 degrees.
