Cajun Blackened Spice Mix

1 Tbsp paprika
2 1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
3/4 Tbsp white pepper
3/4 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp dried thyme
1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 Tbsp rubbed sage


1. Combine all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
