Chops - Herb Rubbed Pork

4 boneless pork loin chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried thyme or savory, crushed
1/2 tsp dried marjoram or basil, crushed
1/4 tsp ground ginger


1. Trim fat from chops. Brush both sides of chops with lemon juice. Stir together thyme, marjoram, and ginger, rub onto both sides of chops.
2. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 10-12 min or till no pink remains and juices run clear, turning once.
