Bacon Double Cheeseburger Casserole

2 lbs cooked pasta
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup bacon bits
2 lbs browned ground beef, seasoned while browned
2 tsp salt
black pepper, to taste


1. Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven type pot and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
2. Top with extra cheddar during the last 5 minutes if you like.
3. Serve with toasted burger buns. adjust amounts according to portions you need.
