Potato, Broccoli & Smoked Sausage Skillet

1 (12-14 oz) package Smoked Sausage
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 lb baby red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 package (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 cup whipping cream
1 package (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper


1. Cut sausage into ½-inch slices.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and sausage to skillet and stir until cooked through.
3. Add broccoli to skillet, cover and simmer on low heat.
4. In a separate saucepan, stir whipping cream over medium heat for two minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in shredded cheese until cheese is fully melted.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour cheese sauce over veggies and serve.
